Msgr. Andrew Wadsworth is the Executive Director of the International Committee on English in the Liturgy (ICEL). In the recorded interview on the website New Liturgical Movement, Monsignor explains the development of the new translation of the Missal. I had the opportunity to visit with Msgr. Wadsworth this past year at a conference he gave. He does an excellent job in this interview of placing the new translation in context.
