Amazon, Starbucks, Nike...The List Goes On
"Amazon is joining other Pacific Northwest companies, including Microsoft, Starbucks and Nike, in support of Washington state's marriage equality bills," Amazon said in a statement released by spokeswoman Mary Osako. "The spirit of these bills is consistent with our longstanding employment practices."

Yikes! I currently do loads of business with Amazon and Starbucks. So, O mighty moral mentor of many, make known the mellifluous musings of your mind regarding the morality of supporting these establishments.

Thank you for the blog - I try to follow it as often as I can.
I am very interested to hear about the morality of doing business with these companies. I've heard mixed reviews - and while it is easy to avoid a Starbucks or a Nike, where there are many options, it become a bit more difficult with an Amazon-like company, or even more with a Microsoft or Apple.
